Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the Sales & Marketing team
  • Set objectives and targets, establish marketing and promotion plans
  • Seek new business opportunities to capitalize on the growing business
  • Formulate sales and marketing strategies to market cassava starch products
  • Handling of the sales and purchase contracts
  • Acquire new customers, attend to customers queries and prepare sales quotations
  • Liaise with banks and customers, prepare shipping and banking documents
  • Embark on projects given as and when the need arises


Job Requirements :

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experiences in the marketing of soft commodities (cassava starch, corn starch, flour, rice and/or sugar)
  • Strong knowledge of International Trading rules and regulations, Shipping procedures, Letters of Credit (LC), logistics and trade matters
  • Ability to think out of the box with good problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee the entire operation of Agriculture Division in Cambodia
  • Report to Country Director
  • Review SOP and company structure as well as evaluating performance
  • Ability to plan and organize as well as possessing strong people management and leadership skills
  • Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Able to identify potential partners and seek business opportunities
  • Participate and involve in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)


Requirements :

  • Min. Degree/Masters in Business Administration/ Management / Marketing/ Science/ Engineering/ or relevant
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Experience with food production industry; starch or grain preferred
  • Prior experience dealing with cassava starch production a bonus
  • Have a good understanding of Asean agro commodities markets
  • Basic knowledge of Industrial Standards and Safety Norms
  • 6 days’ workweek
  • Based in Cambodia

Responsibilities :

  • Market and sell luxury residential/commercial properties to prospective buyers
  • Assist and adhere to the sales and marketing plans by the company
  • Assist internal team and external appointed marketing agency to ensure high sales conversion of the property
  • Ensure marketing materials such as brochures & flyers are in order and distributed
  • Create brand awareness and deliver to our customers’ satisfaction
  • Get involved and assist in exhibition/events
  • Provide prospective clients with information and answer all queries pertaining to features and facilities of the properties on sale
  • Actively liaise with clients on administrative matters after sales
  • Ensure that government regulations and company’s procedures are adhered to when handling prospective buyers and conducting the property sales transactions
  • Responsible for a smooth day-to-day running and operations of the show flat to ensure high standard of presentation.
  • Any other duty/task as and when assigned by Management


Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or related disciplines preferred
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in property or real estate development industry
  • Prior working experience in Property Developer companies preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong passion in sales
  • Good team player, resourceful and driven
  • Possess initiative and self-motivated
  • Positive attitude and results oriented
  • 6-day work week
