Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the region covered
  • Plan and provide strategic direction for the company’s expansion in line with organizational goals in the region covered
  • Plan and ensure the smooth daily operations of the company’s business which encompasses project, finance, human resources, marketing and operations.
  • Manage growth and enhance profitability of the company’s business which includes hotel, serviced residences, buildings and all properties in the region covered
  • Liaise with local authorities to resolve issues encountered and to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the country and region covered
  • Ensure the smooth operations of the company’s business and good management-worker relationship
  • Embark on projects given as and when the need arises

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management and other relevant qualifications
  • PMP certification is desirable
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experiences preferably in the property, construction and related industry
  • Ability to think out of the box with good problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the General Manager in the daily operations, monitoring and compiling the Progress Report of all the projects and departments on a weekly basis.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Project Director to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Ensure that projects is completed on time and that it falls within the company’s stipulated budget
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholders meeting
  • Conduct site visits to ensure that projects are running smoothly and safety standards is not compromised

 

Requirements :

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management and other relevant qualifications
  • PMP certification is desirable
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experiences in the construction, property and related industry
  • Ability to think out of the box with good problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the Sales & Marketing team
  • Set objectives and targets, establish marketing and promotion plans
  • Seek new business opportunities to capitalize on the growing business
  • Formulate sales and marketing strategies to market cassava starch products
  • Handling of the sales and purchase contracts
  • Acquire new customers, attend to customers queries and prepare sales quotations
  • Liaise with banks and customers, prepare shipping and banking documents
  • Embark on projects given as and when the need arises

 

Job Requirements :

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experiences in the marketing of soft commodities (cassava starch, corn starch, flour, rice and/or sugar)
  • Strong knowledge of International Trading rules and regulations, Shipping procedures, Letters of Credit (LC), logistics and trade matters
  • Ability to think out of the box with good problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the sales and marketing team
  • Responsible for the achievement of yearly sales revenue and gross target for the Asia Pacific region
  • Lead the sales and marketing team, develop sales and marketing strategies and guide the sales team towards achievement of targets
  • Research and conduct feasibility study on Asia Pacific property market and competitor analysis
  • Plan yearly, quarterly, monthly sales and marketing budget
  • Prepare sales and marketing plan and strategies for the Asia Pacific region
  • Embark on projects given as and when the need arises
